个人简介
夏晓波,男,博士,1965年11月28日出生于湖南常德,1988年毕业于中南大学湘雅医学院。1998年在美国Glaucoma Research Foundation 的资助下在美国New Orland 接受青光眼的诊疗培训,1999年-2002年分别在美国University of Texas-Hemann Hospital以及Baylor College of Medicine从事眼科博士后研究工作。一级主丨任医师,二级临床教丨授,博士研究生导师,博士后指导老师,中南大学眼科研究所所长,湘雅医院眼科主丨任,眼科教研室主丨任。2005年入选教育部新世纪不错人才支持计划,2012年入选中南大学首届“湘雅名医”。美国AAO会员,我国医学会眼科学分会常委、医生会员、青光眼及白内障学组委员,我国医学会眼科分会青年委员会副主丨任委员(2008-2011),华夏眼科医师协会常委、白内障专委会委员,海峡两岸眼科专業委员会常委、白内障与屈光手术学组组长,湖南省医学会眼科学分会主丨任委员、白内障与屈光手术学组组长及青光眼学组副组长,湖南省中西医结合眼科学会副主丨任委员,湖南省临床遗传学会委员,《我国眼科杂志》、《我国眼视光与视觉科学杂志》、《我国实验眼科杂志》、《眼科纵览》、《医学参考报社眼科频道》、《眼科杂志》编委,英国《British J Ophthalmology》编译,湖南家辉遗传专科医院“疑难遗传病”会诊特聘医生,湖南省颅底外科与神经肿物临床医疗技术研究中心医生委员会委员,很多国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金及成果奖、北京市及湖南省等自然科学基金评审医生。二、医疗特长:主攻白内障、青光眼,具有较强的临床工作能力,专業知识扎实,不但善于吸收国内外先进理念,还勇于开拓、敢于创新。在国内先行开展了飞秒激光辅助的白内障超声乳化术及角膜散光矫正术,能够熟练处理各种复杂性白内障手术(如葡萄膜炎并发白内障、过熟期白内障、晶体脱位、青光眼并发白内障、先天性白内障等)。开展了各类型复杂性白内障超声乳化术,包括青光眼小梁切除白内障超声乳化术及人工晶状体植入术治疗青光眼和白内障、角膜移植联合白内障超声乳化术及人工晶状体植入术、白内障超声乳化术及人工晶状体植入术联合瞳孔成形术、虹膜膈人工晶体植入术、屈光性白内障手术其中包括多焦点及三焦点人工晶状体植入术、非球面人工晶状体植入术、散光人工晶状体植入术、后房型屈光性人工晶状体植入术等。另外,还积极参与各类白内障防盲活动,先后完成3000余例白内障防盲手术,结果良好,得到卫生行政部门的一致好评。能够熟练解决各类复杂性、难治性青光眼的诊疗问题。在国内较早、省内先行开展了非穿透性小梁切除联合SK胶和羊膜植入术治疗开角型青光眼;改良的小梁切除联合小梁切开术治疗先天性青光眼;丝裂霉素和羊膜以及青光眼调节阀治疗难治性青光眼;房角分离术;小梁切除联合超声乳化术和玻璃体切割术治疗青光眼;单纯超声乳化术治疗闭角型青光眼;穿透性角膜移植联合小梁切除术、瞳孔成形术; DDLS、VEP、多焦ERG及视膜神经纤维层分析诊断早期青光眼。尤其是在恶性青光眼的治疗方面,将超声乳化技术和玻璃体切割技术应用到恶性青光眼的手术治疗,大大提高了手术疗效,先后在国内眼科年会及第三军医大学等地巡回演讲。先后荣获中南大学湘雅医院医疗新技术奖9项,其中难治性青光眼的临床治疗先后获湖南省医学科技二等奖,以及湖南省科技进步三等奖,视膜新生血管的发病机制及基因治疗先后获湖南省医学科技二等奖,以及湖南省科技进步三等奖,达到了先进水平、部分达到国内先进水平。每年组织湘雅医院眼科疑难及危重眼病大查房50余次,应邀参加初级医院之间疑难重症眼病重大会诊30余次。作为分中心的主要负责人(PI)参与了国内外临床多中心研究10项。由于娴熟的医术及良好的医德医风,吸引了海内外各地的病友,其中包括美国、土耳其、巴基斯坦、也门、毛里求斯等国外病友,以及国内10余个省市的病友。此外,每年在湖南卫视等新闻媒体上进行健康知识讲座10余次,并亲自带领医务人员到社区、长沙市一中等地进行疾病普查和健康知识讲座。每年在国内外眼科学年会及各类专题会议上进行临床专题讲座20余次。并在国内及我院成功组织国内性眼科专题会议8次,为临床新技术的推广、普及和治病救人做出了较大的贡献。三、科研教学:长期致力于青光眼的基础和临床研究、白内障术后视觉质量研究、有晶状体眼后房性人工晶状体治疗高度近视的研究、视神经保护及视膜新生血管预防的研究。先后承担很多国家自然科学基金5项,很多国家“十一五科技支撑计划”子课题1项,教育部新世纪不错人才基金1项,省部级科研课题12项,获科研经费600余万元。先后发表学术论文120余篇,其中SCI收录53篇,我国系列杂志22篇,3篇论文获湖南省医学不错论文一等奖,获湖南省自然科学不错论文奖一等奖1篇、三等奖1篇。副主编(或参编)专著8本。获湖南省医学科技二等奖4项,湖南省科技进步三等奖2项、四等奖1项,中南大学医疗新技术二等奖1项。积极参与各个层次的教学。每年完成教学任务100余学时,主招博士后、博士、硕士共74名。(一)承担的主要课题1.生长因子对视膜Müller细胞GLAST的调控作用。教育部新世纪不错人才支持计划(负责人:夏晓波,2006-2008)。2.HIF-1α特异性dsRNA抑制小鼠视膜新生血管形成的研究。很多国家自然科学基金(负责人:夏晓波,2005-2007)。3.轴突导向因子-1在视膜新生血管形成中的调控作用的研究。很多国家自然科学基金(负责人:夏晓波,2009-2011)4.Math5调控视膜Müller细胞向神经节细胞定向分化的研究。很多国家自然科学基金(负责人,2012-2015)5.anti-miR-28对视膜Müller细胞向光感受器细胞定向分化的调控研究。很多国家自然科学基金(负责人,2015-2018)6.去铁胺对慢性高眼压青光眼模型鼠视神经保护作用的研究.很多国家自然科学基金(负责人,2017- 2020)7.青少年近视预防优化策略建立及干预研究 。“十一五”很多国家科技支撑计划(子项目负责人:夏晓波,2008-2010)。8.准分子激光治疗角膜浅层病变的实验及临床研究。湖南省科技厅社发处基金(负责人:夏晓波,1995-1998)9.视膜Muller细胞谷氨酸转运体GLAST的调控。湖南省科技厅社发处基金(负责人:夏晓波,2004年)10.视膜Muller细胞谷氨酸转运体GLAST的调控。教育部留学归国人员启动基金(负责人:夏晓波,2004-2006)。11.IPAS基因抑制眼视膜新生血管形成的研究。湖南省自然科学基金(负责人:夏晓波,2005-2006)。12.Netrin-1在视膜新生血管形成中的作用的研究。湖南省自然科学基金重点项目(负责人:夏晓波,2007-2009)。13.Netrin-1在视膜新生血管形成中的调控作用。教育部博士点基金(负责人:夏晓波,2008-2010)。14.Math5调控视膜Müller细胞向神经节细胞定向分化的研究。湖南省自然科学基金重点项目(负责人,2011-2013)15.中南大学“湘雅名医工程”(负责人,2013-2015)16.有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视和散光的临床研究。中南大学临床科研基金(2014-2016)17.原发性闭角型青光眼的遗传学基础及风险预测模型的建立。湘雅医院临床科研基金(负责人,2016- 2018)(二)发表的代表性论文(1) He Y, Li HB, Li , Zhou Y, ia B(通讯作者), Song WT. miR-124 promotes the growth of retinal ganglion cells derived from Müller cells.
